AALHE 2023 Conference COVID-19 Response and Safety

AALHE’s conference will take place June 5 - 8, 2023 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

As AAHLE’s 2023 in-person experience draws near, we have been monitoring trends nationally and in Louisiana. We are following the COVID-19 guidelines issued by the State of Louisiana and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Our safety protocols will include the following:

• Covid-19 vaccinations and/or negative tests prior to arrival are highly recommended.
• Mask policy will be based on State of Louisiana and CDC guidelines at the time of the conference.
• Hand sanitizer stations will be accessible throughout the event.
• The event site follows the hotel's Marriot Comittment to Clean policies.
