Check-in and Session Locations

All meetings, breakout sessions, presentations, and exhibits will occur at the Westin Hotel, on the second floor.
  • The registration desk, vendor exhibits, and poster sessions will be located in the Prefunction foyer area.
  • The breakout sessions, workshops, meetings, and presentations will be split up between the Edison Ballroom, Wright, Banneker, Whitney, Bell, Curie, and Hopkins Boardroom.
