The SPARK discussions (held online via Zoom) are facilitated by a discussion leader. All AALHE members are encouraged to participate: diverse perspectives and ideas are welcomed and valued. Whether you’re new to AALHE SPARK or a longtime member, this interactive kickoff will set the tone for thoughtful, human-centered conversations throughout the book club series.

There will be levity. There will be assessment people. And yes, there may be an unreasonable number of jokes about rubrics, closing the loop, and the eternal quest to get people to read the report.
